In 2002 Sekasoft AIS, a system of process, document, and information management, was installed in the Lithuanian branch of Danske Bank. The bank soon ascertained the success of the system by using it and in communication with Sekasoft while computerizing personnel processes. The system tools were used to complete such human tasks as operational assessment, business trip, holiday, and training needs approval, employment contract changes, new employee approval, trial period or internship performance evaluation, employee rights management, and others.
The bank’s internal operational effectiveness has been raised. We no longer need to waste time on information transmission and process control – the system ensures the operation of processes.
