Get startedThe final price of the system depends on the number of users. Prices are quoted without VAT, and we add VAT on the day of invoicing.
Contact Sekasoft and we will provide you with an AIS service contract for signature. After signing the contract, we will immediately perform the technical installation, after which the number of users you ordered will be able to start using the System immediately.
No complicated installation project! The system will be immediately ready for use according to the typical configuration of the selected plan, and users will easily navigate the system. We will certainly advise you on the issues of assimilation of the System and preparation for its use in the activities of your organization. In addition, you can order the project "Organization preparation for use" - a dedicated project manager, configuring the system according to your specifications, synchronizing the list of users and their login data with Active Directory, importing/entering initial data, user training, assistance in putting the system into operation.
We will ensure the availability and functionality of the System 99.5% of the time, we will fix software errors. We will backup the System and data once a day and keep the last 7 backups. If necessary, you will be able to order data restoration from backup copies.
We will update the System to the latest version every year. In new versions, we include expanded functionality, compliance with changed requirements, increased performance, bug fixes, changed design, improved user interface, improved user experience, improved other features of the System, etc. in new versions on our own initiative and schedule.

We will ensure all levels of data security, protection against accidental data loss, protection against hacking and attacks, physical protection of the data center. There is no access to the data center or the System except for access to the System user interface - only authenticated System users will have such access. In the system, the data is encrypted and read only with users of the system.
You will be able to change the number of System users at your request by contacting Sekasoft - increase at any time and decrease once a month.
You can contact Sekasoft to order a larger disk space, order System maintenance services (consulting, administration, configuration, elimination of the consequences of malfunctions, restoring data from backup copies, etc.), order System development services (software changes, additions and improvements, integration with other systems, data synchronization, import, export, etc.).
The contract is handed over to 1-2 specified employees for coordination. After reconciliation, the contract returns to the originator.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds a layer of security to the login process. Users provide additional authentication when accessing the system.
