Both PDF and ADOC documents can be signed, as well as edited and revised documents, and digital records without files. Editing is done based on templates. Classification, automatic numbering, and access rights are in accordance with the documentation plan. Various document management capabilities are available, including the configuration of document types, metadata, forms, and indexes, access rights management, information linking, search, filtering, reminders, report generation, traceability of actions, archiving, etc.
Standard processes for document signing, document revision, employee requests, and other similar processes are prepared. Configuration of these processes is integrated with Power Automate. Automated reminders are also included.
The system is integrated with Dokobit or can be integrated with another electronic signature service provider. Signing with a mobile signature, Smart-ID, and other methods is possible. Signing with external persons (contractors) is possible. Verification of electronic signatures is included. Electronic signatures can also be elevated to a higher level for long-term storage.
All tasks for the user are in one place. Tasks are organized according to orders, board decisions, received correspondence, or any other basis, with or without justification. Control of task execution is included.
