The system helps employees quickly find the necessary information, promptly initiate processes, participate in these processes in real time, and approve documents electronically. Now, employees make most decisions in the electronic environment and approve documents with electronic signatures, which has significantly reduced paper document flows. Along with operational efficiency solutions, the employee motivation system "Thank You" was developed and implemented, aiming to increase employee engagement, motivation, and team spirit.
