BTA Baltic Insurance Company

BTA is one of the leading insurance companies in the Baltics, offering the widest range of non-life insurance services in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. BTA's shareholder is Vienna Insurance Group AG, with almost 200 years of experience in the insurance business. Vienna Insurance Group, with around 50 companies in 30 countries and over 25,000 employees, is a clear market leader in its Central and Eastern European markets, serving over 22 million clients.

The Sekasoft Document and Process Management System (DMS), based on the SharePoint platform, was launched in 2020. Radical changes to the IT infrastructure were implemented just one year later.

BTA's main goal for this project was to take a step forward in process digitalization, standardize processes at the Baltic level, and eliminate non-value-added activities to increase efficiency.
