In order to increase efficiency in the document management process, Citadele Bank was looking for a solution that could systematize, standardize, and accelerate processes related to the management of business client documents. The process, document, and information management system proposed by Sekasoft was implemented at Citadele Bank in 2014. The implementation project for the new system was carried out in accordance with extremely high requirements. At the same time, it was also a challenge for the Sekasoft team, as it was necessary to create specific solutions tailored to the bank's operations, rather than typical ones, such as business credit approval and others.
