Sekasoft document and process management system (DMS) was implemented at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) in 2014. The DMS is based on a modular principle. The transfer of human resources management, project management, contract management, invoice management, and correspondence management processes to the electronic environment creates essential value for the University. The task management solution enables employees to view and timely perform routine and strategic assignments. For top and middle-level managers, the DMS allows delegating tasks, monitoring their progress, deadlines, and results.
