Since 1990, the NUOVA group of companies has developed numerous real estate projects: residential houses, and residential areas in Kaunas and on the coast. It also manages two successfully operating hotels in Kaunas and a guesthouse in Šventoji, and provides rental services for commercial and retail properties.
