"The document and process management system allows us to work significantly more efficiently and conveniently. This is proven by the time saved, the accessibility and search speed of information, and the ability to restrict who can access a document. Once we felt the benefits, we wanted to have everything in the system. When some part of our documents or other processes are not yet in the DMS, we really want to add them there.
During the pandemic, when most administrative employees worked remotely, the convenience of seeing documents online was very much felt, as there was no need to look for a responsible colleague's office or folder. Document familiarization takes place online; there is no need to physically go around to colleagues and collect signatures. This helps a lot when having remote branches in different cities."
