Before implementing the system, TOKS company faced a simple truth - one hand can only handle one document at a time. So, to speed things up, more hands were needed… Speaking practically, it was decided to look for solutions to automate processes. To achieve the set goals, in 2018, it was decided to implement the "Sekasoft" document and process management system (DMS). The first modules to be used were document, contract, task, and HR document management. A year after the implementation, we started transferring accounting documents to the electronic space, which will save even more employee time, as invoices, processed and transmitted electronically, reach where and to whom they need to faster, and it is easier for the accounting department to manage invoice flows and assignments.
