DVS solutions: Fuel accounting

DVS sprendimai: Degalų apskaita

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the new AIS module – the FUEL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM. This solution will simplify fuel accounting for vehicles used by employees. In one place, you will be able to create quarterly fuel consumption reports, which will contain all the necessary statistics – from miles driven to fuel consumed by employee, by vehicle, or by fuel supplier.

Practical application of the fuel accounting solution

The administrative employee will use the system tools to create vehicle cards and a quarterly fuel consumption report. Drivers will fill in the mileage driven for each card, as well as trip report entries, indicating where and when they drove. After data import, the system will check if the fuel was filled on a valid date according to timesheet data and will calculate all expenses.

Functionality for the administrator

  • Management and assignment of vehicle cards to drivers
  • Creation of quarterly fuel consumption cards (Automatic)
  • Closing of quarterly fuel consumption cards
  • Import of timesheet data and verification if the driver could have fueled on that day
  • Import of fuel reports received from gas stations
  • Approval of accounting employee entries, adjustment actions
  • Manual entry insertion
