IKI LIETUVA is upgrading its document management system together with Sekasoft 🙌

There are still a few turns to go until the finish line, but we are pleased with the smooth implementation process and the first noticeable results:

IKI LIETUVA's goals after implementing the document and process management system:

UAB "IKI Lietuva" is the second largest retail chain in Lithuania, managing over 230 stores throughout Lithuania, serving approximately 300,000 customers daily, operating 3 regional bakeries (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda), 2 logistics centers, and 1 culinary center (Panevėžys), and managing the e-commerce startup LastMile. The company employs about 6,000 people. UAB "IKI Lietuva" belongs to the REWE group (Germany).

In response to geographical economic changes, challenges, and opportunities arising in the long term, IKI updated its long-term strategy, the key parts of which are:

To achieve this strategic goal, a portfolio of strategic projects was created. One of these projects is the implementation of a new document management system, for which IKI chose Sekasoft.
