In the new version of AIS, we have developed and implemented extensive electronic signature capabilities, executing operations directly within the system. The fully integrated signing solution allows for all necessary functions to check and sign documents, as well as to organize signing processes both within the organization and with external participants, using a qualified, advanced signature, or an electronic seal.
The system is fully prepared for long-term digital document archiving with elevated signature levels for signed documents!
Implemented electronic signature functions and capabilities:
- The option to choose which signature (qualified/advanced) to use in a specific situation.
- Verification of documents signed with an e-signature.
- Signing documents with a qualified e-signature with third parties. The signing process is fully integrated into the system: Signing in AIS -> Sending for signing to third parties -> Signing by third parties -> Automatic return of the signed document to AIS with all signatures.
- Ability to include additional approvers (third parties) who must approve the document before signing.
- Management of signing deadlines with third parties (reminders, automatic cancellation of signing if not signed by the specified deadline).
- Qualified timestamps.
- Supported document formats: ADOC, ASIC, PDF (possibility to expand to other EU used formats).
- Supported signing tools: ID cards, smart cards, USB tokens, Mobile signature, Smart-ID.
- Electronic seals.
- Long-term storage (functions ensuring compliance with long-term storage requirements).
- Signing using various devices – desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices.
- Batch signing of documents with qualified and advanced signatures.
- E-signature integration into official incoming/outgoing document processes according to ADOC specification requirements.
- E-signature integration into workflows.
- Electronic seal integration into workflows.
- Signing with an e-signature "without thinking" about the process, i.e., I have a document, I sign it and then, as needed, save it in the system, on my computer, or send it by email (tools similar to those provided by e-signature service portals like Dokobit or GoSign).
